1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Custom & Personalized Items (Crucial Notice)

  • Standard 3D Prints: Eligible for standard returns and exchanges if they meet the conditions in Section 1.
  • Custom / Personalized Orders: Please note that any custom-made, personalized, or color-customized 3D prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Once a custom design enters production, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We use high-quality 3D printing filaments and precise calibrations, but if your item arrives damaged during transit, has a severe manufacturing defect (e.g., structural failure), or is the wrong product, we will make it right!

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us at [Your Support Email, e.g., support@amazing3dp.com] within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include your Order Number and clear Photos/Videos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for verified damaged goods.

📌 Note: Minor cosmetic characteristics inherent to the 3D printing process (such as visible layer lines, tiny surface blemishes, or faint stringing) are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and are not considered defects.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Amazing3dp.com will cover all return shipping costs or issue a replacement directly without requiring a return.
  • If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size/color), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. If approved, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions. (Do not send items back without contacting us first).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
