2. Products and Custom Orders (3D Printing Disclaimer)

  • Manufacturing Variations: All products sold on Amazing3dp.com are made via additive manufacturing (3D printing). Due to the nature of this process, minor surface variations, visible layer lines, and minor cosmetic imperfections may occur. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Color Accuracy: We display the colors of our products and filaments as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Custom Designs: If you submit a 3D model, file, or customization request, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that design or have explicit permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that violates copyright laws or contains offensive material.

3. Pricing and Order Modifications

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Cancellation: Because standard items enter automated production queues quickly and custom items involve dedicated print time, order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production or printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on courier schedules and customs processing for international orders.
  • Amazing3dp.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
